Shipping and returns

Only made parts are shipped: the tools and the files are free.

Files

The SVG, STL and 3MF files you export from Boxes, Orbit or Vectorizator are free with an account. Nothing to ship, no shipping cost.

Made parts

3D printed or laser-cut from the file you dropped, in the material and colour chosen in the cart. Each part is checked by eye, then shipped to the address you gave. An email tells you when the parcel leaves.

Shipping costs

Added to the cart by country: currently €3.90 in France, €6.90 in the European Union, €9.90 elsewhere. The exact amount is shown before payment.

Lead times

Making starts after payment. Once the part is off the machine, allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. If no lead time is shown when you order, delivery happens within 30 days at most.

Lost or damaged parcel

Until you receive it, the parcel is our responsibility. Lost or damaged: write to us, we remake or refund.

Returns

A part made from your file is made to order: it is excluded from the right of withdrawal. A defective part, or one that doesn't match what the cart described: send a photo to contact@resfabrica.fr. We remake or refund, at no cost to you.

A part that matches the file but doesn't suit you (a wrong dimension, an SVG without units): first check the file, then write to us. We'll look for a solution with you.
