RES FABRICA, SARL (French limited company), SIREN 943 452 839, SIRET 943 452 839 00013, EU VAT FR88943452839. Registered office: 3553 route de Chamont, 38890 Saint-Chef, France. Contact: contact@resfabrica.fr, +33 4 28 35 01 26.

What we sell

PLA printed parts, made from the measurements and layout you entered in the workshop. On Res Fabrica Maker, parts printed or laser-cut from the file you upload, at the price shown by the calculator.

The online design tools and the files (STL, 3MF), whether catalogue models or your own exports, are free with an account. Only the making is paid for.

Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. A printed part is priced by weight in the workshop (currently €0.20 per gram, €20 minimum order) and shown before it goes in the cart. Shipping is added according to the delivery country. The total is shown before payment.

Ordering

You pick your items, enter your email, name and billing address, and the shipping address. An account is not required. You check the size, colour and options of each part in the cart, accept these terms, then pay: the order is then binding. A confirmation email sends you the summary, the invoice and the tracking link.

Payment

By card (via Stripe) or PayPal. We never see or store your card number.

Delivery

The printed part is shipped to the address you gave. If no lead time is shown when you order, delivery happens within 30 days at most. Details are on the Shipping & returns page.

Right of withdrawal

Made to your specifications, printed parts are excluded from the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28, 3°). We tell you before payment, not after.

Warranties

Printed parts are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, art. L217-3 and following, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, art. 1641 and following).

A part broken on arrival, or a print that doesn't match what the cart described: write to us with a photo. We reprint or refund.

A part that matches the file you designed but doesn't fit because a measurement you entered was wrong is not a conformity defect. Write to us anyway: we'll look at it with you.

File licence

The free catalogue files are for your personal use: printing your parts, at home or in a fablab. Reselling or sharing them publicly requires our agreement. Files you design with our tools remain yours.

Complaints and disputes

Write to contact@resfabrica.fr first: a person from the team answers. If you still disagree, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge.

These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer, you may bring a claim before the court of your home or of the delivery place.
