FAQ

Do I have to pay to use the tools?: No. Boxes, Orbit and Vectorizator are free. Without an account, you can try everything and make one trial export. With a free account, your projects are saved online and exports are unlimited.
So what do I pay for?: Only making: 3D printing, per gram of material, and laser cutting, per cut area. The price shows as soon as you drop the file, and shipping in the cart, before you pay.
Can I make it elsewhere?: Yes. The files are yours: SVG, STL or 3MF depending on the tool. Use them on your machines, at the fablab or wherever you like.
Which files do you accept for making?: STL or 3MF for 3D printing, SVG in millimetres for laser cutting. Before you pay, the cart sums up the material, colour and size of each part.
What is my feedback for?: The tools evolve with the people who use them. A missing setting, an export that gets stuck: write to us, it decides the next version.
